Sintered Neodymium-Iron-Boron Magnet

Bonded Neodymium-Iron-Boron Magnet
Bonded NdFeB magnets offers a high energy product with an exceptional resistance to demagnetisation and the operating temperature can be up to 120ºC. These magnets are manufactured by binding quick-quenching NdFeB powder. The powder is mixed with resin to form a magnet by compression molding with epoxy or injection molding with nylon.
Alnico Magnet
Alnico Magnet is composed of Aluminum, Nickel, Cobalt and Iron. Alnico Magnet has very good corrosion resistance and a high maximum operating temperature (operate upwards of 550ºC). Alnico Magnets can be produce in a variety of grades and dimensions and they are usually cast and finish ground to size. The applications for Alnico Magnet is mainly in military, aerospace, odometer, etc.
Samarium Cobalt Magnet
Samarium Cobalt Magnet is a made of samarium and cobalt alloy and it is developed in the early 1970s. Samarium Cobalt Magnet is the second-strongest type of magnet and it is less strong than Neodymium (NdFeB) Magnet, but with a higher temperature ratings. The Maximum Energy Products (BHmax) of Samarium Cobalt Magnet is range from 16MGOe to 32MGOe and it has a theoretical limit of 34 MGOe.
